It’s winter time here in Pakistan and people enjoy eating fish in different ways it’s short but delicious season to enjoy sea food here
What is best to go with fish is a sweet and sour fish sauce. It is easy and delicious to go with all fish recipes

Ingredients:
- Dry apricot 5-6 pc
- Tamarind 1/8 cup
- Salt to taste
- Water to sock
- Chili flakes 1/2 tsp
- Cumin 1/2 tsp
- Green chilies 2
- Sugar to taste
Socked tamarind and apricot for 2-3 hours. We’ll use pulp of tamarind and apricot to make this sauce
In a blender jug add everything to make a paste add 1/2 cup water to helo it blend well and to make it little thinner.
Your fish sauce is ready to serve with yummiest fish recipes you made.
