Dhaba Chicken karahi

Delicious chicken karahi recipe dhaba style with few ingredients.

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken 1.5 kg
  2. oil 1 cup
  3. onion 2 (paste)
  4. ginger garlic paste 3 tbsp
  5. tomatoes 4 cubed
  6. salt to taste
  7. chili flakes 1tbsp
  8. coriander pwd 1 tbsp
  9. chat masala 1 tbsp or to taste
  10. ginger 1 tbsp
  11. coriander 2 tbsp
  12. green chilies 5-6

Directions:
Start by frying chicken into oil until it changed color even become slightly golden.
Then add onion and ginger garlic paste and cook chicken on medium flame
Add spices salt to taste , coriander pwd , chili flakes and chaat masala to taste. In this recipe i used 2 tbsp as per my taste buds. But you can change quantity if desire.
So we need to dry all excess water of chicken and other ingredients. Then add tomatoes cut into slices or cubes or blend them and make a paste to cook faster. Add tomatoes into chicken karahi and cover it to cook on low flame. For about 10-12 minutes
Or water dried. Now garnish with some coriander leaves, chilies and ginger slices and serve with roti naan bread etc .

Dalgona Coffee



Ingredients:

2tsp Instant coffee 
2tsp Sugar 
2tsp water
1 glass cold milk
Wafers (optional)


Directions:

Add instant coffee, sugar and water in a bowl and whisk by hand or use electric beater untill frothy. Set aside

Add milk in glass of your choice.
I have used full fat milk you can choose as per your choice.

Use chill milk or you can add ice cubes too.

Fill the glass with milk , leave some room for coffee.

Spread coffee on top and garnish with wafers or some cocoa powder sprinkle on top.

I have added a scope of vanilla at last to make it more flavored full ☺️

Fried Fish recipe

There are 100s of fish recipes i am not familiar to all of them but what i know is just buy fish and fish spice mix and you can do magic with adding some more spices or sauces the taste would be even better then restaurant.

Ingredients:

  • Fish pieces
  • Fried fish spice mix
  • crushed garlic 2 tbsp
  • oil 3-4 tbsp
  • chili sauce 2-3 tbsp
  • lemon juice of 2

mix all together and coat fish very well and let it rest for 3-4 hours.
Heat oil in a pan and fry fish both sides for 7-8 minutes each.

serve it with homemade apricot tamarind sauce or dahi rita both works well. enjoy this short and delicious season of fish and send your comments and feedback to me.

Chicken Shami kabab

I have tried this recipe very less in to my cooking life but it always becomes tasty and healthy.

It’s very easy and full time preserving recipe for later use or serve at guests arrivals.

This is Pakistan’s most common or favorite recipe to serve at parties or family get together. People make and freeze this recipe for days ahead of the party to save time. So lets see what we need for this recipe.

Ingredients:

  1. Daal chana (split chickpeas) 500g
  2. Chicken 800-1000 gm
  3. Onion 1 big size
  4. Garlic 1 bulb
  5. Ginger 1″ chunk
  6. Potato 1 big size
  7. Green chili 3-4
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Red chili 1tbsp
  10. Turmeric pwd 1 tsp
  11. Chili flakes 1tsp
  12. Whole spices 1 tbsp
  13. Cumin 1tsp
  14. Water 1 cup or as required

    Daal was soaked overnight so it needs less water to cook. I put everything thing in pressure cooker to whistle it 6-7 minutes. You can check it according to your pot and quantity. After cooking de bone the chicken. And smash it by hand or in food processor either way.

    To make the kabab mixture we need:

    • Cooked daal with chicken
    • Chopped onion 2
    • Green chilies 4-5
    • Fresh coriander 1 bunch

    Now time to make kabab. Put some oil to your palms and make kabab or you can use a cookies cuter to make kabab. Align them in a tray and freeze . Or cook them right away.

    To cook we need:
    • 1 egg beaten
    • Oil for frying
    • Kabab
    Beat the egg while heating the oil. Now dip kabab in egg and let them fry 3-4 minutes each side or until gorgeous brown color.
    Kabab are ready to go with roti , bread or naan or simply with a cup of tea with some tomato sauce or ketchup.
